Wall Shoe Anchor Bolts

Wall shoe anchor bolts with special AL washers are used together with SUMO^® Wall Shoes. They are based on approved HPM^® and PPM^® Anchor Bolts. The product range is suitable for moderate and heavy loading conditions.

SUMO^® Wall Shoe

SUMO^® Wall Shoes are used to create cost-effective tensile connections between precast concrete walls and foundations or between precast concrete walls. SUMO^® Wall Shoes are used together with HPM^® and PPM^® Anchor Bolt types with specially designed AL washers. 

PVL^® Connecting Loop

PVL^® Connecting Loops are single-wire loops for connecting precast wall panels to each other or to a column. PVL^® Connecting Loops make wall installation easy: just remove the tape and bend the loop to the operating position.

WILORA^® Connecting Rail

WILORA^® Connecting Rail is a wire loop connection system for forming joints between precast wall-to-wall or wall-to-column connections. The design allows the transfer of tensile load, transverse shear load, vertical shear load, and combinations of these loads.

GRIP Recess Plate

The GRIP Recess Plate is designed to be used in precast wall connections together with SUMO^® Wall Shoes, creating a rough surface for improved shear transfer in the joint. It can be used for any application on a concrete surface where a roughened surface is required.

PD Diagonal Tie

PPA Beam Tie

PPA Beam Tie is a single connector used for connecting the inner and outer concrete layer of sandwich wall elements together above the opening lintels or low socle elements. The PPA Beam Tie is used when the height of concrete layers does not allow the use of diagonal ties.

Connector Pins

PPI and PDQ Connector Pins are used to connect the concrete layers of sandwich walls together. Connector pins are used together with diagonal ties. The product range allows to use connector pins with various insulation thicknesses.

WELDA^® Anchor Plate

WELDA^® Anchor Plates are CE marked all-rounders in transferring loads to concrete from other structures via welded connection. The stud-headed anchors welded onto the plate are optimized for easy installation into the reinforcement. Anchors are available in three different lengths to avoid collision with reinforcement or need of supplementary reinforcement.

WELDA^® Strong Anchor Plate

CE marked WELDA^® Strong Anchor Plates are designed to transfer heavy loads in load bearing structures of concrete frame. The headed rebar anchors of WELDA^® Strong Anchor Plates are optimized for easy installation even into dense reinforcement.

Long WELDA^® Anchor Plate

CE marked long WELDA^® Anchor Plates can be used for welding larger or multiple profiles to one long plate. Long anchor plates are suitable especially for heavy industrial constructions and machine foundations, but they can be used also in other structures such as beams and columns.

TR Fastening Items

KK Long inserts

KK Long Inserts are ideal for all types of lifting operations. KK Long Inserts are commonly used in thin or very thin elements with sufficient anchoring depth. 

RR Short Inserts

RR Short Inserts are for applications with limited anchoring depth, such as slabs. They are commonly used with thin elements. 

RR Long Inserts

RR Long Inserts are used in applications where sufficient anchoring depth is available. RR Long Inserts are ideal for all types of lifting operations. 

WRA Lifting System
